Your loan officer is responsible
for coordinating everything, including the scheduling
of inspections, locking in your
rate to make sure it doesn’t expire, and arranging
appraisals. Each of these tasks must be timed perfectly
and are integral to a successful and seamless settlement.
The builder, settlement agents, loan officers, insurance
agents and inspectors must communicate continuously throughout
the construction of your new home.
Our Preferred Lender is very familiar with
Mallard Homes and all of our procedures. He will make sure
that your loan and settlement run smoothly.
